Upon registration, your restaurant will be included in our campaign. The Alzheimer Society of Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, and Haliburton offers the Dementia-Friendly Communities program, which provides training to help create a dementia-friendly environment for your staff and space. This initiative aims to enhance awareness and understanding when interacting with individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, fostering a more inclusive atmosphere in your establishment.

The Alzheimer Society will also provide the following:

• A certificate for completion of Dining for Dementia Campaign
• A business receipt
• A donation receipt
• Marketing and Promotional Materials
• Restaurant mentions in radio and boosted social media advertisements

There is a $50 fee to participate.

This fee will support flyers, radio & social media ads, and other materials.
